Ever sent or received a PM that was meant for someone else?

I received a PM this afternoon that simply said "Hello, I am just testing on iPad"

That was it...nothing else. I searched their name and they've never posted anything either Confused

Anyway, it made me wonder if any of you have ever sent/received a PM, text or email meant for someone else?

And if so, was it embarrassing? Did it get you into trouble at all? Grin

most likely to not get through the day without soup on her boobs

We really need a proper laughing smiley instead of this cheesy grin Grin

I did one yesterday! My first thought after I stoppped beating my head off the table was this thead..
I applied for a job, a part time secretarial job for which they made me do THREE interviews, then said I'd know within 7 days in the mean time I was offered another job which I did not want but would be better than no job ifyswim...so on day 9 I still haven't heard about the first job and send a vair polite email explaining the situation and saying how much I wanted this job but did they have any idea when they would know. Got one back saying because some of the seniors were on holiday it would be a few weeks Angry

So emailed DH saying:
"ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGH 'a few frickin weeks'?? hope they enjoy they're bastarding holidays while i sit and sweat. If I didn't want this job so much I'd tell them to stick it up they're chuffing arses"

But, obviously, sent it to employers....think we can safely say I've pissed that one up the swanny.

My DH has a good friend with the same name so is next to him in phone add book. Poor guy has recieved too many 'slightly raunchy' messages frm me after a few drinks where I sent to wrong one. I normally get a funny reply back though and he forwards it to DH. Haven't done it for a while though as have been off the booze!

Nothing interesting here, I've had a few nothing wrong number texts and once emailed my boss if she fancied going shopping at the weekend (she had the same name as my sister).

If I sent a filthy text to my dad instead of DH I think I'd just go and bury myself in the garden.

I just remembered a text my brother received from our cousin.

'Im moist & waiting for you so hurry up and come home'

A few minutes later our cousin rang him and asked if he received a picture message to go with it, luckily he didn't!
Her excuse was she was talking about the roast chicken she had just made and took a pic of it to send to her OH........Yeah Yeah!
