Honestly, I'm watching series 4 on the iplayer, and they are all SO hot! It's just ridiculous.

Mathew Baynton- Those gorgeous Chocolate Minstrel eyes. The hilarious comic timing. The Dick Turpin sketch! Need I say more?

Ben Willbond- The dashingly handsome good looks, the suave style.

Laurence Rickard- Gorgeous deep, sexy voice (in real life), smooth moves in the RAF pilots song.

Jim Howick- So cuddly, you just want to pick him up and squish him to death.

Simon Farnaby- The best curly hair in the world ever.

I am seriously addicted. Also, the new series is the funniest thing ever. So pleased it's already been commissioned for a 5th series.

Please tell me I'm not alone in my obsession? Blush

YANBU not at all. I LOVE hh. Nothing to do with the fitness of all the men at all. Nooooo not at all! Grin

I agree it should be on early evening on Saturdays.

FeedingTheBirds · 07/05/2012 19:31

It's the eyeliner in the Dick Turpin video...

pictish · 07/05/2012 19:35

Yanbu!

I love them all!!

Hermionewastherealhero · 07/05/2012 19:36

Oh wow, I thought it was just me who loved Matthew Bayton- he is super cute

wineandroses · 08/05/2012 06:45

Oh yes, Matthew is v v v lurvely! And so funny - the Celtic rap battle; totally love it, hilarious. Also, DD finds it funny too (we don't discuss the loveliness of Matthew).

RnB · 08/05/2012 06:50

I have no idea who the actors are, but I have to say HH really is one of the best things on TV at the moment. Agree - should be moved to Saturday evening

DustyDen · 08/05/2012 11:04

Oh, Jim Howick for me. And Ben Willbond: utterly gorgeous.

TroublesomeEx · 08/05/2012 11:12

I'd probably entertain all of them realy. Especially the 4 Georges.

But Jim Howick is the one I'd do, and then do again. Especially as Richard III - I am convinced, he is a nice guy!

He's my DH's favourite too. But not in the same way, I don't think...

I was doing housework and making my DD a Victorian school girl costume yesterday during the back to back HH marathon - yes CBBC was on for hours in our house and I don't care!

TroublesomeEx · 08/05/2012 11:12

Costume was for school, not because I'm a complete arse!

DartsAgain · 08/05/2012 11:24

I've not watched the Horrible Histories much before, but you've all got me curious now Grin

DCs aged (nearly) 12 and 8 love watching it, I have just tended to be doing other stuff, so missed it...

TroublesomeEx · 08/05/2012 11:27

Darts DS discovered it a few years ago. My involvement used to be singing the Stupid Death jingle until I actually sat down and watched it.

It's actually brilliant.

Booette · 08/05/2012 12:22

Horrible Histories is my favourite programme! So YANBU at all! I would have them all!

BunnyLebowski · 08/05/2012 12:30

Mat does nada for me. Jim, I want to take tot he pub and get pissed with.

But Ben.....

Euphemia I will fight you for him.

Have also recently been developing lustful loin pings in the direction of Laurence Rickard.

The Vikings song is the one that gets me all a-fluster.

BreconBeBuggered · 08/05/2012 14:32

Oh, God, yes. Yes. Yesssss. And history is sooo good for the children, isn't it? So good that I had HH on all day yesterday, and the Savage Songs in the bits where CBBC was stupidly showing some other kids' programme. Had to encourage the DC to watch in another room some of the time, but that was purely to encourage independent historical appreciation. Not to perv unobserved. In the least.

Empusa · 08/05/2012 15:04

Both DH and I agree on Matthew Baynton, though he also likes the one who does Stupid Deaths. Apparently he looks like a viking and DH has a thing for vikings Grin You learn something new everyday!
