Don't ask me why, she just has, fast asleep. She looks quite comfortable, so I didn't want to wake her. What would you do?

gingerfrizz · 17/04/2012 23:34

She's all tucked up nice and cosy, she definitely won't be cold at 3am!

Festi - could be, not white boots though, I have standards. Sorry OP dont mean to hijack. I think now that you want us to tell you to wake her.

fallenangle · 17/04/2012 23:37

Hi Single. Why?

TheSinglePringle · 17/04/2012 23:38

As I'm a little tipsy and don't fancy attempting to undress Grin

festi · 17/04/2012 23:41

white would just be very trashy fallen.

gingerfrizz · 17/04/2012 23:43

No way she's waking up, just tried!

Glad you agree festi

emdelafield · 17/04/2012 23:47

this must be a new trend. My soon to be 13 DS2 and his pals sleep in their day clothes on sleepovers.

This is despite their loving parents supplying jammies and complete change of clothes for the following day.

One lad stayed for 2 nights and wore the same clothes day and night.
He is a lovely boy with beautiful manners .
I wonder if it is a form of self consciousness ?
DS1 ( almost 20) never did this .

Lindor · 17/04/2012 23:50

my 15 year old ds often does this, all times of day. What with school work, exams coming up fast, sport etc, they just get worn out.

Bless :) She'll be fine

gingerfrizz · 17/04/2012 23:51

Bollocks now I'm worrying, I can't get her tie off. she's at an awkward angle in a midsleeper bed so I can't reach.

OP posts:
fallenangle · 17/04/2012 23:51

Just take thebtie off her so you don't worry.

Can t see how she could do herself a damage anyway, I was more concerned about you worrying.

gingerfrizz · 17/04/2012 23:57

Believe it or not she wears hers done up!

I've only just got in from work, I need some winding down time. Think I can't be arsed to undress either!

localyokel · 18/04/2012 00:09

Ha ha I used to do this. My mum used to go mad

gingerfrizz · 18/04/2012 00:20

Bollocky bollocks tell me to stop worrying, tried to reach it again and she batted me off!

I don't know why she's done it, it's not as if she was in bed doing homework or anything!

OP posts:
OhdearNigel · 18/04/2012 01:24

I don't really want to get up early in the morning - might now consider putting my work clothes and makeup on before I go to bed Grin

Duckypoohs · 18/04/2012 01:34

My 8yo dd does this all of the bloody time, she is such an odd soul, she just hates getting changed. Even after a shower or bath she will choose some manky holey leggings and a stained top to wear instead of the many perfectly nice pairs of pyjamas she has Hmm. Meh I say.
