To be annoyed at my corner shop?

I went to get the newspapers and found that they have installed a jelly belly counter Shock. I love jelly bellys. But in the past I would have had to go into town to find a place that lets you pick all your favourite ones to purchase, so I don't buy them very often.

Now I can buy these literally 3 minutes walk away from my house! I think they are very unreasonable to stock these so close to where I live.

So would I BU to perhaps firebomb the shop?
(Not that I would actually have a clue about how to do this).

If your going to firebomb the shop tnen you need to steal all the jellybellys first otherwise youll waste them all. (you can leave the watermelon ones though cos they are minging) Grin

Haven't decided yet, Lesley

But I'm thinking Lord's Cricket Ground, a union flag, hiking boots and a fuchsia g-string.

The watermelon ones are AMAZING.

Do they still do those little leaflets with "recipes" in? I used to love "making" cinnamon flavour popcorn. I even made up a little song about it.

TalcAndTurnips · 15/04/2012 12:12

Rusty - no, but I know that lot.

Bunch of tatty, dry-clean only wannabes.

Sparklingbrook · 15/04/2012 12:13

DSs got a big box from DB when he came back from the US. There were indeed recipes on the back, so if you ate one with another it tasted of something else. Grin

catgirl1976 · 15/04/2012 12:13

How did it go Bertie

Sparklingbrook · 15/04/2012 12:14

Yum well most of them are. Grin

BertieBotts · 15/04/2012 12:18

Um, it went

Cinnamon flavour popcorn
Cinnamon flavour popcorn
Cinnamon flavour popcorn
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

NeedToSleepZZZ · 15/04/2012 12:18

BertieBotts · 15/04/2012 12:20

You could win BGT with that Bertie Grin

lesley33 · 15/04/2012 12:21

T&T I'll keep look out Grin

Bertie - Great song! Hmm. Perhaps you should take up songwriting for a living? Grin

Kellykate - Good point...I haven't thought this through, have I?

Well, I can't do the tune on here :(

TheMonster · 15/04/2012 12:23

Have you read the pick n mix thread? That might put you off!

lesley33 · 15/04/2012 12:23

You could youtube it and post the link on here?

OP posts:
lesley33 · 15/04/2012 12:25

bodyofeeyore - I am not listening to you! There is nothing wrong with pick n mix.

Anyway I find your name really offensive. What happened to the rest of eeyore? Sad

emmanana · 15/04/2012 12:46

Buttered popcorn flavour - yumeeee!

lesley33 · 15/04/2012 12:52

But rotten egg or skunk spray flavour Hmm.

kelly2525 · 15/04/2012 13:01

Each jelly belly flavour has its own little scoop, ignore the pick n mix thread lesley and try the new lychee jelly belly, its like eating flowers.

lesley33 · 15/04/2012 13:06

I haven't seen that, and I love lychees.
Yes pick n mixers - jelly bellies are posh, they have their own scoop Grin

I'll repeat it once more - bottle, petrol, rag. I am of course, much more responsible now.
What about Bertie Botts' all flavours. Ear wax and bogies for example.

Mrsrobertduvall · 15/04/2012 14:26

I have never heard of them. But I don't like jelly beans.
I was tempted by SPorts Mixtures in Waitrose this morning.
