Since hearing his accent on the Virgin Media ads? Its even changed how I see him as the Doctor

I'm afraid that I only like his voice in Dr Who, not a fan of his real accent

He is rather sexy though

I loved that episode. Ha HA! Rose gets the pretend Dr who only has one heart and no sonic screwdriver (oo er missus).

DS2 has ASD and muchly obessed with Dr Who. I had loads of texts and calls when it was announced that the Dr was going to regenerate. Family and friends were concerned how he would handle it. I was worried too tbh. Everyone was preparing themselves for a major melt down.

He didnt care a bit! He LOVES Matt Smith. I was left bereft and had to hide behind a cushion when my beloved DT went up in flames and that weird posh git took his place.

I am the one who has to accompany DS2 to all the bloody exhibitions and shows etc. When DT was the Dr it was brilliant. Its just not the same now

I want him back.

One thing I ask. If I cant have DT back, next time they change the Dr, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give him an outfit that is easy to replicate.

It takes me sodding ages to track down the right stuff. I had just managed to find a full length coat for DS and I had to get a bloody tweed suit and bow tie instead.

MrsDV - DS was exactly the same and I was worried as we were due to see the filming of DW just before the change over (we missed DT by months )

But I have to say Matt Smith was just so bloody lovely to my boy. Really talkative and kind. So were Amy and Rory (they were all bloody good looking in RL too). And we got to try on that jacket (the short one) and touch the reveal sonic screwdriver (it's the same one as the kids ones they sell!).

Rory was none too impressed at being snubbed by DS though. I still feel for Arthur he looked so downtrodden at being ignored.

Nice fellow when interviewed, but he is a bit too thin and scrawny for me!!

He was HOT in a TV series a few years ago about Blackpool (was it called Blackpool?) playing a policeman, but since then he seems to have got scrawnier. Sad
