How would you respond to something like that or similar comments?

I have extreme fatigue , nausea etc I was saying to someone how I've been in a lot of pain recently and I got that gem

and its not the first , I was just gobsmacked.

I have just come out the other side of 12 weeks of utter hell. I would want to hit anyone who said that to me. They might not be so lucky with future pregnancies either, I have never suffered like this before.

How about "I'm totally pregnant, actually..."

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I hate this too! My employer (father of 3) said after id spent the last 20 minute throwing up your ONLY pregnant not ill and its self inflicted anyway so you can't moan! Wanted to punch him!

being a little bit pregnant was hell for me. being a lot pregnant was a walk in the park! its put me off wanting more children! tell em to fuck right off. Arses!

My first preganancy my MS never stopped, all the way through but the frequency died down it was horffic was nearly hospitalised becasue I became severly anaemicI

In re: why I'm in pain I get alot of shooting pains plus I'm carrying a 3 stone plus toddler paddies and all' all the time my backs had it.

As someone else said - you can't be a little bit pregnant in the same way you can't be a little bit dead! Offer your services

I think that some people think the exhaustion is due to carrying around a big bump - so just carrying a little peanut should be fine - what they fail to understand is the exhaustion comes from making a whole new person!!
