I have had problems with my bottom 2 front teeth for 5-6 years.

The dentist has now advices that they need to come out before it effect the teeth on either side, this is after 4 root and antibiotics. This would mean dentures until the area heals approx 3-4 then a bridge if the side teeth are strong enough.

I am only 26 and feel ashamed of losing 2 teeth, I know it was an injury that cause this but was pregnant so nothing could be done until I finished breastfeeding

I think it is better to do it now before your other teeth get damaged. I don't think there's any shame to it, honestly.

Agree with Bearcrumble. Save the other teeth!

Make sure you get it done within 12 months of the birth as then it is free on the NHS.

My friend has had her two front teeth replaced and you cannot tell. They matched the colour of her other teeth perfectly.
There is nothing to be ashamed of, pregnancy treats everyone differently.
