I have 2 dc 7 and 6 and I am due to have a third child by elective csection. DH thinks he can get away with only taking 3 days off work. I think he needs to take at least a week.
He has said his mum will help but i don;t think its enough.

Is he too busy even to look it up?

Thanks for link. Problem we have is his job is very well paid. We probably could save enough to allow for this but with all the other expenses it would be tough financially to lose even a weeks pay.
Maybe we wil have to try and trim a few more days from other leave.

what about looking into some paid help - eg someone to do school run -and/or post natal doula
