I know IABU. It's disgusting. But in my defence, both DS and I have a tummy bug and these are the only things I feel like eating. I promise to have an orange and some carrots later, honest.

What's on the menu for your lunch? I bet you can't beat me for sheer lack of nutrition!

Mmmm lasagne. I must make one this week, I haven't had it for bloody ages.

The good news for me is that DH came home from work early and is looking after DS who has actually perked up a fair bit despite having eaten just about nothing all day. I have scoffed two "breakfast biscuits" which are actually quite lovely.

I find that vast amounts of jelly tots and lucozade help when I've been ill. Or in fact at any time.

Yes, the lasagne was bloody lovely. I've got two in the freezer that I made in advance for imminent breastfeeding sofa arrest. I'm dying to pop one in the oven!

Glad you're both perking up.
