If my boys want me never to speak to them again, booking me a bungee jump would pretty much be the ideal way to ensure it. It would be cheaper just to stop calling though.

Really odd! Most people that I know that actually wear the stuff are generally older, a bit wider (sorry) and def not up for bungee jumping!

I have a friend who's Mum died when she was 5. This sort of stuff pisses her off. Says as a child people were forever coming to the door or asking on the phone "is your Mother there?"

DHs mum is also no longer alive and I know he misses her.

I think on Mothers day we should raise a glass in memory of all the wonderful mums we can't send cards too.
