everlong - it is really good for me, i was eating massive packets of walkers chicken senstations to myself a night! i'm not overweight just podgy and in 3 weeks i've lost 6lbs. shame i wasn't motivated to lose it for my wedding - its taken being put in (yet another) bridesmaids dress to think i need to lose a bit.

Kids, yes, 12 yo loves it, 16 yo depends on his mood at the time, but currently with GF so yes.
