Schoolblazer.com - completely useless

I can't believe how poor this company is. We were forced to switch over to them at the start of the academic year when our school merged and we lost the school uniform shop.

Quality is rubbish. Things fall apart. Eg onto our third sports bag already and have just had another email saying nothing will be available until may! Service is dire. No human contact, hideous website that requires me to enter all my daughter's measurements before I can even log on - she grows - duh - what is the point of that. I have told my children not to lose anything or grow because I don't want to have to deal with this dreadful company if I can possibly avoid it.

They haven't got a monopoly, there are lots of companies that can provide uniform.

We spent ages looking around and had 3 companies in showing us the quality of uniform before we made a decision and we are delighted with ours.

Write to the school business manager / bursar, if the school are any good they'll be interested to hear and you never know, enough may force a change.

The sizing is way out, I had to go down two sizes after getting the order, I hate not being able to try things on.
The school has a different site for pe, online and we have to pick up from school.

OMG I just got a skirt and jacket for my daughter from SchoolBlazer .. it's like "FLY LO" Check in!! Google it!!! AWFUL!! I've sent it all back.

Do we know if schools actually get a kick back from the sales, or is it simply speculation? We too switched over this academic year and lots of unhappy parents complaining.

Schoolblazer is still a complete nightmare. How can it take over 2 months to restock school shorts?! They must have an excellent initial sales force approaching schools as the customer service for parents is abysmal.
