To report my peeping tom neighbour to the police?

My family and I have noticed one of our neighbours continuously staring at our bathroom window whenever we are in it.

She states into our bathroom whenever we are in it.

Do we report her?

Their dog died so they shaved off it's hair and made a jumper out of it to remember it by, it's quite sweet actually.

people do it with living dogs as well, they collect the fur from grooming and knit very stylish jumpers

Snort at special time alone. No, I just started typing a response to the "you were spying on my cat" comment and when I'd finished it there were a million posts about knitting with dog fur.

Yes, i was kind of joking on the other thread and this one, though it does annoy me that it's just so obvious of them.
Anyway, off to bed so at least I won't have to look at them for another 20 hours or so.
