to ask my children to go and play intheir rooms for 5 minutes

I know I am, but they are being so constant, and I am starting to get really irratable which is totlaly unfair as they are being lovely but I just need 5 minutes without them whitering at me.

so I have asked them to go and play in their rooms and now I feel bad, we have just wlalked in the house though, we were out for the whole day yesterday and monday and I dont have their boundless energy, I am a bit knackered and just need a cuppa.

I'd need a giant egg timer, one that takes 12 hours or so for the sand to go through...
