... that you wouldn't post sexually explicit posts??? Am no prude but think as adults we have a responsibility towards children. I was really shocked that one of my friends would post sexually explicit stuff on her FB when she has 10 - 15 year olds as FB friends as well as "adults".

or, as she says, am I just a boring old fart?

I am sure that facebook is fairly strict about the posting of any sexually explicit photos and will remove any that they see or are reported to them.

no photos squeaky, "just" comments of a highly sexual nature

I wouldn't have under 16s on my FB.

Both my DC are on my Facebook, however they can't see anything I post, or my Wall.

I am generally quite careful about what I post anyway as I have a lot of work colleagues on there...

I don't agree with posting explicit things on FB at all...but do know that you can choose to share specific posts with specific people do maybe the youngsters were blocked from seeing the explicit posts maybe... Wink

I don't have any U18s on my FB. But keep a fairly clean wall anyway.

My Facebook wall is pretty boring, mainly banter between me and my 30 something friends, I block anyone who attempts to add me as a friend under 16. My nephew is on Facebook, he is 14 but I wouldn't dream of having him as a Facebook friend, and I told my brother in law I declined his friend request.

TroublesomeEx · 16/02/2012 07:03

I don't put anything on FB that I wouldn't want my parents, children, colleagues, the other parents at my DC's schools to read anyway. We all only write on our own walls anyway, I don't really get the writing on other people's wall stuff.

But I suppose it depends what you use FB for and the kind of stuff you want to post on it.
