Sorry, I know this should probably be in pregnancy but it's quiet over there atm so I'm coming over here Blush. Sorry.

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow with DD1. About 4 hours ago I started losing fluid which I thought was my waters breaking, but no sign of any contractions yet. I've lost a whole lot more in the past half hour or so (sorry, probably too much information!), DD is still moving but not as much as she was before, though that could be my imagination. I have been measuring just over normal for the past few weeks as I've had polyhydramnios, though DD is measuring small for dates so although I'm nearly full term I do want to hang on a bit longer IYWSIM. My bump feels like it's shunk quite drastically but still no signs of anything happening/anything wrong.

I have been suffering from anxiety for the last few weeks so I know this could just be me overreacting completely, it's my first DC so I don't really know what to expect. So should I be panicking, or is this OK and I'm just being paranoid?

Additional information: I'm now starting to think maybe I should go and get checked out but I'm starting to worry now that I'm going to be induced. DD is measuring at 32 weeks at the moment and for various other reasons her chances really will be better the later she's born. I don't want to end up being induced when I don't think it's really necessary atm, but then I don't really know what I'm talking about Confused. Help!

Lollystix yep, that's the plan! :o I know spine to spine shouldn't be a problem, I just don't fancy the pain!

Hi - have read some of your other threads and have been thinking of you. My dd was induced at 38 weeks because of reduced fluid altho I didn't notice any leaking or apparent loss of fluid. I had a quick labour with gas and air and she was born weighing 5lbs 2oz - perfectly healthy. 12 years on she is the same height as me and can pick me up Grin. good luck - hope all goes well
