To have just baked some mince, straight out of the pack, to eat

I'm decorating my kitchen and everything is packed away! DS has eaten at my parents but after a hard days work and not really wanting to stop for long or creating too much of a diversion with making something proper (and not really having the money to order food in) I found a baking tray and some seasoning and tipped the mince out of the packet, sprinkled some flavourings on and baked it. I'm just tucking into it right now.

It's quite nice actually Grin

"You have brought back horrendous memories of my childhood. My Mum made baked mince with onion through it as a dinner once a week. It was called "mince in the oven"."
