I think it might be fun and make it less cool for the kids!

That site is hideous. I'm glad it wasn't about when I was in school (I would have been mentioned I think!), the teacher rating system sites a couple of years after I left were bad enough. The new head of my old school was slated via one of those sites, it made national news and everything, the poor bastard. To be fair to him though he stuck it out and is still there making the school a better place!

I don't understand how it's not been taken down already?! Surely somebody has reported it to their local cops and it's had to be suspended whilst investigated or something?!
