To wonder how newbies stumble across AIBU?

I've been here nearly two years now, so not a newbie but probably someone that noone knows.

However, I am always amazed when a newbie starts a thread in AIBU as a first thread, I mean how do they find it?

I found mumsnet when googling HG and found some lovely pregnancy threads and stuck around.

But really anyone sitting there thinking 'oh heck so and so is a knobber' where on the Internet can I post about it!' and then stumbling across this topic? It's rather coincidental isn't it?

So how do they find it?

I found AIBU from "most active" threads as I could not imagine how anyone would have an issue with their cleaner making themself a cup of tea, and thus clicked on the AIBU forum in wonderment (to discover many people could also not imagine how this could be an issue either but it definately was one for the OP..)

I had just had a massive frustrating row with dh one night, where we were completely misunderstanding one another.

I stormed out, plonked myself in from of the computer, and typed AM I BEING UNREASONABLE?, and ended up here. I didn't really mean to google it, I was just typing my frustrated thoughts.

I used to post on a BW off-shoot forum and peeps linked to this place every now and then. I had a nosy and soon realised that I'd found my spiritual cyberhome.
