In terms of etiquette, I think a kick in the teeth at being greeted at the front door would have gone down better.

I spent minutes ooohh ages making a special Christmas Eve pudding for DS.

Chocolate cups (melted chocolate in a silicone case then peeled off without breaking) filled with Milky Bar white chocolate mouuse, a cheffy scoop of vanilla ice-cream,a Matchmaker X on top. And Chocolate Spoons. Oh Yes.

They didn't eat the cases. They loved the chocolate pudding and ice cream/The spoons snapped.
DD said "Oh DS doesn't like orange Matchmakers" and ate his. {fhmm]

Next year they'll get bloody jelly. Ready made in the little tub.
They can pick the flippin bones out of that.
