Been to the hairdressers this afternoon and asked for an all over colour in a warm brunette shade. Showed the girl a picture of Kate Middleton...

It looked ok in the salon now it's bright red... In some lights it's purple. It looks awful. I'm so upset. I guess they're closed tomorrow but am I within my rights to go in on Monday and ask them to fix it. What if they're all booked up. It's really not at all what I asked for.

Tallwiv it was just a surprise to get red/purple hair when it wasn't at all what I'd asked for when I went in!! Grin

Yeah, I know, Wrong. I just thought I'd chuck that in for good measure. I'm totally intimidated by hairdressers, they never do/I can't afford what I want, hence the home-dyed purple. I figured if I can't grow old with suble, sophisticated highlights I might as well re-discover my inner hippy and grow old disgracefully.

£150???? Blimey. Hope you get it sorted Xmas Smile

Tallwiv I have always been pretty careful and not let them do anything too radical as I think it's too easy for hairdressers to get 'carried away' but this time just let my guard down!! I've always been too scared to do it myself in case I end up with something I dont like..... oh Wink
