I think there is a fine line in acceptable retiliation, where as I feel this over stepped it I didnt think the big man on the other link with the guy who didnt have a ticket over stepped it, it is difficult to define. this made me uncomfertable and the other clip didnt. I suposse every one has their own level due to personal experience.

couldn't watch it yet as kids around but imo if she was shouting racist comments and took it a step further of trying to attack and punch the guy then yes she deserves if people retaliate. who cares she's a woman, its not wrong to fight her back if she has started it.

That woman is very drunk, it looks very much like we missed an incident before it, looks to me like he is completely taking the piss out of her.

I don't think this guy did anything wrong at all. He didn't retaliate. It looks to me like he was trying to hold her away from him while she was still trying to hit him.

he punched her twice in the face once before he slammed her into the side area and once again before he threw her off the bus, that was obviouse to me on the film, he certainly didnt just hold her.

She may well be racist but she didnt shout racist comments in that video.

She hit him first but his response was disproportionate and throwing her off the bus like that was way to far, if it was still moving that could've killed her.

Funny, but I had more problem with the Scotrail clip of the Big Man throwing the smaller guy of the bus. Not so much here as she was violent and horrendous, the black guy did escalate it a bit and would have been better if she could make a total tit of herself without any violence. He didn't come out of it well either.

The clip is open to interpretation but I still say that she was so pissed she could hardly stand, he could have easily walked away. He didn't. He shoved her to the ground and could have hurt other passengers who had to all move out of the way. The end looks like a fisticuffs between the pair of them, but even if it is not, throwing her down on the floor like that was unnecessary given the state she was already in.

What I mean is that the whole thing is a problem. Why do people get so drunk and aggressive? In my day, we kept ourselves to ourselves on the bus home, sometimes we had a friendly chat and made friends. Why so much aggression? I can't tell the whole story from this video, she definitely was behaving inappropriately and (possibly) him rather aggressively too. Either way, this just depresses me.

Having seen the video again, I am unclear whether he punches her but he does grab her throat, then he tackles to her to ground and when she tries to get up he pushes her back - head first - out of the bus. The doors close and you can see him step back.

I don't think he should have taken her on - there was obviously a lot going on beforehand judging by the whooping and laughter. He made that situation escalate and then reacted very aggressively. Of course he may fully regret his actions now and may have done so in the heat of the moment, but this clip is not about some racist getting her comeuppance, it's just a sad reflection of our society.

You are not aware that the perception that many Countries like to peddle about 'British Women' is overweight, aggressive, drunk, foul mouthed, badly dressed? Bad enough trying to work against what other folk like to jibe at us without having this kind of thing all over the Internet to prove their point.
