to think it's a shame if the tradition stopped due to people deciding to give to charity instead?

Sholud have said donating to charity instead of cards in work but......

I don't send any or give any extra to charity I must be really bad.

actually the kids make them for relatives and people we wont see at christmas, and I do the neighbours (they then send them back with their names on which is always a good way to remember them when moving in a new place).

I dont see the point in getting them from friends/mums at school/collegues etc
