Have I missed this new low of car personalisation..have seen 2 cars this morning, with huge eyelashes above their headlights

Also, do VW beetles come with the flower or is it an 'optional extra'?

I have seen 2 cars with eyelashes recently. They were both pink.

I saw them on a Fiat 500 driven by a middle aged woman.
The dashboard was littered with cuddly toys.
My car did this , which admittedly would have been more effective if it had had eyelashes.
