AIBU to think thatthis woman is cringeworthy and off her rocker weird? She even admitted

"Looking at Finlay for the first time, there was a stronger bond than I had with Becky."

I feel so sorry for the daughter, having to compete with that!

And i don't care that it's from the DM neither!

I know, it says Becky is 12 so the last thing she needs at the start of her teenage years is something that marks her and her family out as weird. As if being a teenager isn't hard enough that you need your mum to make is unnecessarily hard for you?

Possibly a Good Thing then, that she sticks to dolls, rather than have any more children. Xmas Sad

Sorry to go slightly off topic but i remember seeing these and being even more freaked out by the reborn dolls - harry potter reborn Professor Lupin is a little bit cute though

Such a bloody shame for the daughter.

This article was in Closer magazine, I read it last week in the doctor's surgery lie - I bought it myself

I did think that the mother has got issues. This is not normal is it.

And remarkably exploitative for Closer and the DM to write about it, in view of what will happen to the 12 year old girl. She will be mercilessly mocked.

Poor girl. It's bad enough she tries to hide the thing when he friends come round to play, what option does she have now? I think regardless of her mothers problems, it seems quite cruel to publish this just as the DD enters her teenage years.
