To want the kitten to wake up and get out of my cleavage?

She fell asleep on my sholder and has somehow slid into the front of my top and down my cleavage with just her head and a paw resting on my neck

If I get up she will slide out and be sad... but kitty I do want a cup of coffee so please wake up

Can't you make your drink one-handed? Sort of cup the kitten in place with one and just be careful with the kettle? Grin

My little cat is three years old and still does this. Small cat, large cleavage, see. In this cold weather it's great to have your own fuzzy hot water bottle. Fortunately the coffee thing is not a problem because my adult sons would rather make me a cup than have the cat disturbed. (Pity they can't go to the bathroom for me...)

Pascha I often threaten to get a sling for my rather large grown up cat, who likes to sleep on top of my large shelf-like bosom.

Am sitting here with kitty on my lap and laptop on the arm of the chair. It is working out well - DH is cooking my tea because kitty is asleep! Xmas Grin She is 17, surely she should be indulged?! Xmas Smile

Awwww my kittens used to do this! After a bottle feed, they'd need burping and then would slump in a snoozy milky mess down my top.

You were being unreasonable, I spent an hour not moving the other day, despite being in a very uncomfortable position so that I did not disturb our huge big lump beautiful boy cat.
