To think this woman is minging?

I was in Sainsburys the other day when I heard this woman shout to her DD (about 9/10 yo) to grab some rolls. The girl went over to the baskets where they have the fresh bread, picked up a bagel, put her nose through the hole and then licked it. The woman, who had been watching the hole time, walked over saying "That's not a roll it's a bagel", before taking it off her DDs nose and REARRANGING IT NEATLY AT THE FRONT OF THE DISPLAY! Sorry for the caps but I was so disgusted I nearly threw up on the spot! Please tell me this isn't normal behavior?

I had the unpleasant experience of sitting in a Pizza Hut once and witnessed a child of about 7 walk to the salad bar lick the cucumbers and put them back. I flagged the waitress who took the bucket container, put them behind the bar waited five minutes a d brought it back to the salad bar... Not even washed or replaced! Disgusting!

I remember someone on here telling about a man in the checkout queue who laid his tongue across the conents of his open bag Bombay Mix that he was waiting to pay for.

At least it was his...but that image has stayed wth me!

I would go ballistic if our SN child did that and would have to buy the food. BIG RULE with us don't touch!

I never buy unwrapped stuff, having seen people drop loaves on the floor and then put them back on the display, watched small children put their fingers in the "help yourself" salads, cough and sneeze into same salads.......
