Shit year from hell so far: DP has got cancer, DP's son (14 at the time) sent to live with us coz of his drug problems.

DP has had a word with his consultant today, his tumour is 90% reduced, doc is thrilled with results.

DP's son, sort of my step-son, is no longer dependant on weed and has accepted moving away from his old friends. He is doing really well at the new school, he has started joining new clubs and is doing fun stuff with his mates.

It has been the shit year from hell, but we have got through so far and done well, I think.

What a great way to end the year. Well done floweryblue for getting through it & for the fantastic news regarding Mr Flowery's tumour.
