AIBU to think the staff in ASDA shouldn't be wearing santa hats in November

half of them on the checkouts and a few of the shopfloor staff had them on today

december I can understand but November???

when i was at uni i worked in a card shop and from november onwards we had christmas things to wear. They also looped the same music over and over, the hat was fine but the music (two songs) was like torture I still feel a little anxious if i hear the song now and it was 10 years ago.

We were told to put the music on at the beginning of November. We've been told we must decorate our staffroom.
Santa's hat will not be going anywhere near my head until the week before Christmas.
