We see celebs with amazing bodies for example on I'm a Celebrity get me out of here, I feel pressurised to lose weight everytime I watch these reality shows, AIBU with myself?

BMI is bullshit. Plenty of people have obese rated BMIs and are in fabulous shape.

Being overweight by BMI does not automatically make you ill.

Being overweight does not automatically make you ill.

Do what makes you happy.
