To not fart in front of DH?

I recently had a conversation with some female friends and this came up.
They were all really shocked that i don't fart in front of dh (or anyone else for that matter),i was shocked that i was the only one who does'nt .
Its not that he would think any less of me or anything,we have a great relationship,i just don't really think anyone wants to experience anyone elses wind particulairly.
so am i odd in this or does anyone else feel the same?

One other embarrassing time after holding in my farts all night, we went to bed, I fell asleep, I relaxed a bit too much, farted loud enough to wake myself up only to find him sniggering behind his book! Apparently I do it all the time but he's never said anything bless him!

I've let one or two slip by accident in the past 13 years but as a rule I try to avoid it, as does he. We laugh if it DOES happen, but no.. I prefer not to! The only people who I don't mind really farting in front of are my brother and sister!

Burping on the other hand.. I burp a lot, but totally lady like burps obviously..
