Was looking for some slippers for DP for Xmas (rock 'n' roll) and came across these:

I was pretty shocked tbh and think in a country where people are debating golliwogs, people should think twice benfore putting things like this on ebay?

Or are they just funny?

I think they are funny, can't see why they would be racist??
I'll qualify that be saying I wouldn't want them myself though!

Firstly, I am mixed raced with Jamaican decent.

I actually bought a pair of these for my husband as a massive joke as we used to watch the rasta tour guide on youtube all the time.

I don't consider them racist, but they do have SLIGHT resemblence to the Golliwog dolls. He's white and doesn't feel comfortable wearing them around others, but I always do XD
