No-brainer of course Wink

I'm about 5 hours in and... struggling.

I've got some of those plastic fag things that look like a tampon applicator and I'm puffing away on that not quite the same though

I want to feel HEALTHY and not worry about my lungs/health and not always be looking for somewhere to have a fag like a true addict.

worried about getting fat though

Honestly honestly you can do it. I found the first 2 days tough then it was ok. I feel so much better now, 2.5 yrs on it is amazing, I didn't realise how unhealthy I was.

Having just watched someone very dear to me die of lung cancer, please please please do it. I know it's hard, but please do it - for the sake of everyone dear to you!

I have just been on Amazon and ordered the Allen Carr book on giving up, which I've been meaning to do for ages OP, so thank you very much for giving me a kick up the arse. Will revisit this thread whenever my resolve weakens. Good luck!
