To think that the Mumsnet iPhone app is shit?

No 'jump to page' buttons, which makes reading long threads really fun. 'More' and 'previous' buttons at the bottom of each page which are a pain to scroll to. No way of highlighting which threads you've read. Menu icons randomly resizing themselves for no apparent reason. Amongst other annoying things.

I need to get out more.

yes it is supremely crap. And inaccessible since it is not possible to log in with voiceover - a fact which I pointed out to mn at the time about ten times...

Why they had to have their own mobile app and couldn't just sign up to tapatalk is beyond me...

I use it on my iPhone but the not being able to click on links thing is annoying, and it would be good if you could set it to highlight the OPs posts like you can on the website. I like the fact that you can set "my topics". Oh and it is really annoying that you can only see the very beginning bit of thread titles. Makes choosing which threads to read on AIBU a bit of a stab in the dark.

Are they going to bring out an iPad app soon?

Didn't know there was a mobile site, will use forthwith.

Personally I'm fuming, seething etc that there is no app for us android users, after all, there are more of us than there are iphone users!

Also fuming that ESPC (Edinburgh property site) has iphone app but not android.
