we live in a block of flats.

saw my neighbours leaving a tv and and armchair on the corner by the flats, and called down "what number do you live at, which flat has that come from?"
they said "44, we are going to phone rubbish collection"

just been down to put the rubbish out, and the tv and armchair are pretty much monopolising the bin.

i dont know what number they live at.

should i just wind my neck in or is this war??

Or, you could be more grown up and simply take the stuff out of your bins and leave it on the pavement with a note saying something about a present from No. 44.
