to dislike the sound of computer typing in the office

I share an office, and computer typing is a natural part of office life. But when I'm struggling, the sound of loud typing nearby can sometimes really annoy me - how are they typing so fast? Are they even thinking about what they're typing? Can't they do it quieter?

I know I am being unreasonable, but be kind

in my office one bloke sounds like he regularly coughs up furballs. the clacking of the pcs are the least of my annoyance!

agree with op a bit though, dp's typing is very annoying as he used two fingers Grin

Typing with false Acrylic nails is the work of the devil. Someone over the other side of the office from me regularly types with false nails using the tips and it annoys the Sh** out of me.

There's worse. I once had a colleague who wore ear-rings with little jangling bells in them. And every minute, ring-bloody-ring, until finally an older colleague told her that they might be fun but not in a working environment, please.
