To expect some help from the people who sold me the house

I'm a single chap who recently bought his first house. I have asked the people who sold the house to me for some help with things like how to set the heating. At first they were very helpful, but now they seem to be a little 'off' with me. I need to ring them again to ask where the key for the oil tank is, but i'm a little worried about it. AIBU?
