I just had a BABY!! That's right, a whole new person! Was meant to be having an ELCS for medical reasons at 38 weeks, but was 32 weeks today and baby Samuel decided he wanted out RIGHT NOW, unfortunately by the time the doc believed me it was too late for any pain relief, let alone theatre! Baby's in SCBU just to help him along with breathing as he was a bit lazy, but he's a wee bruiser at 5lbs 3.5ozs and I'm hoping I can have a cuddle soon.

So, sorry for the intense smugness, but AI really B that U to have a fairly high opinion of myself right now?!

It has cheered me to hear of a 32 week baby at that size and doing so well too. I am 32 weeks this week and some of mine have tried to make an early exit at this point. Managed to stop it with drugs and rest. Am hoping this one behaves!

The twins came at 29 weeks and were teeny. One of them is a Samuel fab name.
