I use Virgin for my mobile phone. I was using it to browse Twitter and saw an interesting link about drug taking and clicked on it. I got an error message saying something like: "This is adult content. You can't access it unless you phone us to confirm you are over 18 or change your account settings via our website."
Firstly - how very dare they try to censor my use of the internet? But to add insult to injury, having pegged me as someone interested in "adult content", my internet browser then started showing loads of links to porn sites.
Can anyone help me draft my outraged email to customer services?
