KittyFane - not that it matters as it seems this thread is a wind up anyway, but lots of people would find it embarassing to go into a school and say i can't afford the £2 for my kids lunch. If she is going to pay for it on Monday i don't really see the harm in saying you haven't got any money with you.

meditrina · 08/09/2011 21:00

It's inadvisable with many other foods, but fine with cheese - just think how many are deliberately mouldy!

ItchyCoo · 08/09/2011 21:01

i thought the same meditrina.

She is feeding him,it's just a bit moldy.

iliketeabutprefercoffeetoday · 08/09/2011 21:06

Teach him some tactics to bribe the other kids to give them their lunch - sorted.

SugarCoatedTits · 08/09/2011 21:07

You eat the mouldy bits then - you know, with a glass of port of something. Or make them into 'Chedilton and Broccoli Soup'. Do you have any vegetables?

TotemPole · 08/09/2011 21:07

Plenty of mayo and he won't notice if it tastes a bit odd.

AuntieMonica · 08/09/2011 21:07

so no-one here smokes, then?

ginmakesitallok · 08/09/2011 21:07

Why is he going to school??? Just keep him off - send him to the shops for more fags and he can pick up a sausage roll on the way back - sorted

ItchyCoo · 08/09/2011 21:08

I've got a tin of baked beans.

ginmakesitallok · 08/09/2011 21:10

Cockmonkey · 08/09/2011 21:15

Has no one recycled a sandwich that's been uneaten from the day before then?
