Another vote for Paint & Paper library from me - anything that's not Dulux Almond White in this house is from p&p library.

F&B definitely smells much less than Dulux (and Valspar, B&Q's new highly-lauded "WonderPaint", still stinks) and is also apparently more Eco-Friendly (they say you can choose low, minimal or zero VOC content). Colour range is still rubbish compared to the others, but if they do have the colour I'm after, I'll go for that over the rest - I just wait for a Homebase %off day to order it, or sell a spare vital organ.
