Is not going to face charges.

Quick reminder of the original article:

72-year-old shopkeeper held after stabbing to death robber

An elderly shopkeeper has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after an armed raider was killed in a botched robbery and a second left in hospital.

Police cordon off the outside of the shop in Old Trafford, Manchester.

Cecil Coley, 72, is in police custody today after dramatic scenes at a florists on Shewsbury Street, Old Trafford, at 9.40pm last night.

Just read the article where does it say he was cleared off all chrages?

I read "The investigation is in its early stages and we are still trying to establish the circumstances of what has happened"

Jaceybee.

Here's a joke for you

Q: What's a Conservative?

A: A Liberal who's been burgled.

I really feel for those who think they have to go out and burgle. It's more likely to be for money for drugs than for food/clothing/essentials. They don't care a toss for the victim, his/her possessions, or feelings.

They should go try it in South Africa. There, if you're poor, you have nothing, literally nothing. Not housing, no car, no food, warmth, light, clothing. If you don't have friends or family you starve. End of story.
Try telling them that mental health issues, abuse or addictions gfives them an excuse.

Oh dear, not the liberal 'dont be mean, burglars have had a hard life' bullshit spouters...guess what- so do many VICTIMS of crime have hard lives, and when they just about get back on their feet again some scumbag sends it all crashing around their ears again, makes their vunerable children terrified of their own home and they never feel safe, what kind if stress is that to put on others? But its okay, they had problems themselves as a child Hmm

pippil creatively writes: "You are glad a man stabbed and killed another man?? That is a bit sick and weird."

Re directs Pippil to the first post again for a little re read.

As for feeling pity for burglars because they are poor in need of food or have mental health issues, well get this, so could the people they burgle.

We had a shed burglary around a year ago now, my son still screams if I go into the garden without announcing that I am leaving the house and going into the garden first. It might be worse because he has autism but burglars make all of their victims distraught.
