I cannot do yoga. I get very stressed about at what point I am meant to be breathing in, and what point I am meant to be breathing out. Then I forget what the sensation of breathing in feels like vs breathing out, and then I hold my breath/hyperventilate.

I'm not so supple as I once was

I'd do yoga but my LO either climbs on my back whilst I'm trying to practice or does the position I'm struggling with with ridiculous ease and says "Is this it, Mummy?"

Well technically it is an AIBU as it can be answered with YABU or YANBU, but it is the sound of one hand clapping version of AIBU and is zen.
