How disappointing. It was a brilliant bit of trolling though, plenty of detail :D

I reported it about there OP posts in as obvious trollery- I haven't even had a reply from HQ.

So much for trying to do the right thing...

LeBJOF · 26/08/2011 17:09

*about three, sorry.

ReadyToDrink · 26/08/2011 17:13

I reported it too, & was ignored. We are taken for granted these days :(

Exactly.

MissPenteuth · 26/08/2011 17:28

Is there a reason that MNHQ are deleting the non-malicious troll threads now, when they didn't used to (sex with kitchen utensils in Classics for example)? They deleted the cotton bud one too, seemed harmless enough, even though fictional.

The cotton bud one was NOT harmless. It was the most revolting thread ever. I feel sick now just thinking about it.

ReadyToDrink · 26/08/2011 17:47

Perhaps the troll has previous form for being Not So Harmless? I don't know.

& I actually think that the drooling during sex thread is worse than the cotton bud one.

usualsuspect · 26/08/2011 17:49

The cotton bud one was disgusting and the drooling one is just as bad

usualsuspect · 26/08/2011 17:51

[prude]

RitaMorgan · 26/08/2011 17:53

Who cares if this kind of thing is a troll though? Do we all have to be exactly who we say we are?

If I invented an amusing disagreement with the neighbours and posted it in AIBU for the entertainment value, what harm would there be Confused

Unless threads are malicious, upsetting or soliciting money they should be left alone.

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 26/08/2011 17:53

Yeah, I often MN while eating my lunch

Yeah, & I bet your real name's not even Rita, is it? Hmm

LeBJOF · 26/08/2011 17:55

I only reopened the drooling one by mistake- revolting. But ShirleyKnot has rescued it with some funny stories.

RitaMorgan · 26/08/2011 17:57

I'm actually a 54 year old supermarket manager called Neil.

QueenStromba · 26/08/2011 17:59

I agree Maryz, my DP had a bit of stage fright when we got together which I posted about in relationships and I had some lovely candid PMs from a lovely poster sharing her experiences. I've also PMed people who've posted on the subject to offer my support. I remember someone saying they'd done the same with the troll a few weeks ago who posted about the in laws allowing her abusive, rapist ex access to her DD without her knowledge.

ReadyToDrink · 26/08/2011 18:01

I used to have a goldfish called Neil. HTH.

JanMorrow · 26/08/2011 18:23

I'm really upset about this, REALLY upset.

They can keep the cotton bud one though.

magicmelons · 26/08/2011 18:31

I was wondering if the OP was going out with my dad but then had to go out.
