I'm not sure why children need knickers for 'best' tbh as said by a pp. Assuming all the knickers a child owns are in decent condition and you've got some light ones for under light clothing then I can't see where best comes into it.

And I agree with the poster who said there is a hell of a difference between a 4 and a 12 year old so to design the same underwear for both is very odd.

gwendoline my DD (6) has her favourite knickers (nothing fancy they are all from Next just different designs) but if we are going out she will pick what she calls a "party dress" and will always wear her favourite knickers.

This isn't anything I have encouraged - beyone getting dressed up myself when we go somewhere nice, but I can't imagine she is the only 6 year old girl to behave like this and I would far prefer she had some of those lovely shorts and vest combos on the website than an asda thong and bra set for age 7.

I think the product is not too bad, but the advertising I find innappropriate.

I needed a bra at 10yo and would have loved something age appropriate, ended up in granny type bra and was mercilessly teased at school!
