To prefer The Worst Witch to Harry Potter?

i loved the worst witch, but HP is better. its just a more complete and layered version of WW. i wouldnt read WW now, but i've read all HPs several times and enjoyed most of the films. the tv series of WW was pretty pants in my recollection. maybe i was too old to enjoy it? i know it came after i'd read the books.

HP ideas ARE a large percentage ripped off from various places, but i dont much care, she turns it into something entirely different. people who refuse to read them on principle are just missing out, which is a shame for them.

LOVE the WW. HP is shite and the films are even worse!

I stopped liking HP when she started making them into doorstoppers, rather then something that could be read in one sitting.
