to buy a trunki for my 6 year old and just turned 8 year old....?

that's it really! They both really want one and we are emigrating soon so thought it would be a nice little gift for them to make it all a bit more exciting. DH thinks they're too old for one though.......

DD is now 7 and although a bit small for her age there's no way she's too big for it yet. DS is an average size 5 year old and still looks fine sitting on it. Oooh, go on, get them, they are lovely! Plus, like you say, if you have a 9 month old she will inherit it.

That's a great idea sunshine, to put the stuff inside something that the children can pull out and keep with them for the duration of the flight. Will nick the idea for this year.

I admit it would have been a right faff to have kept getting the trunkis down from the overhead lockers every time the DC wanted to get something so the rucksacks were a good idea I admit Smile
