I started a thread last night about my next door neighbour and their dog, here

I have decided to write them a letter and have drafted it up, anyone fancy reading it for me to see what you think?

If I received a letter like that from my neighbour I don't think i would bother reading it, and if I did it would most likely annoy me.

I can't see you neighbour caring whether your daughter is tired or not, they are not the ones dealing with her.

To get them do do what you want, you have to get them to think that they are gaining something by doing it.

Maybe a short very short letter, briefly saying something like
" I am concerned by your dogs barking, the local dog warden (number enclosed) may be able to assist you with training etc, to help you prevent this becoming excessive"
the end. Love and kisses. Your neighbour.

Your dog warden it there to help you and dog owners. Contact him/her and get some advice.
