I was a C cup when I was 16 and on my short, slight frame they always looked too big so if I had been featured in a newspaper article like this one then I guess I would have been accused of having 'fake' ones.

I can't remember how important his character was made to be in the film but it was a pretty central character in the book Morloth and looking though his IMDB listing he's been in a load of things. This does just reek of them both trying to raise their profiles.

The reason for the big hoo ha is that the age of consent is 18 in a lot of states, with a handful states having and age of 17 so it's only actually legal to have sex with a 16 year old out of wedlock in about half of the states (mainly the less civilised ones such as Alabama, Alaska etc). The age of consent in California where they live is 18 so to people's minds there he should be in jail but is exploiting a legal loophole to get away with it, much like we would be outraged if someone moved here with a 14 year old bride and got away with it because it's not actually illegal if they're married. So we think it's icky and creepy while the vast majority of Americans (all of the most populous states have a high age of consent) actually believe he should be in jail.

Anyway, I've seen a lot of fake boobs and I think hers are probably real, if they are fake then the surgeon did an amazing job. I had a friend who was thin like her but had boobs the same size if not bigger at 16.

Now on to some proper bitchiness. Am I the only one who saw the first picture and thought drag queen? And I think KilledBill is right about the drugs, she was definitely high in that interview and in all the walking shots she looks like she can barely walk straight (but that might have been the ridiculous shoes). I'd say it's either booze and coke or some sort of prescription medication.
