Yes it's a FB thread. AIBU to get annoyed when people say things like this?

I think after a while the comments about blondes with big boobs get to you.

I think I know IABU, but I feel it's almost as bad as racism in some aspects.

I used to be blonde but my hair is now more "salt and pepper".Does this mean I have gained intellect as I grew older or does the white hair count as blonde??Grin

ll31 What age is he? If he's youngish I think he will be fine, it seems to be people in their 20's that are the problem. It's as if they leave school and suddenly forget the past 13 years.

hes 11... but nearly 18 in his head!!!!! ok being sad I will keep eye on his a/c... I really dont' get this fb thing tho... I look (very sad emoticon) at some of his friends a/cs.. and they're so stupid!!!!! oh well.. time to let go

I think at 11 you should keep an eye on his account anyway. That doesn't make you sad, just responsible. :)

I know.. its just strange really - u have relationship with him as ur son which is great... now u can kind of eavesdrop on his relationship with other people.. which without IT things like fb, twiter, email, etc u couldn't do... just funny how things change... just wish I was better at this!!!

Jees when I was 11 we had a green and black screened computer..only good for word processing and took days to programme in any games (don't ask!!Blush). FB is great, I have talked to people I knew 20 years ago and now live at other ends of the country. I may be old but tech fascinates me..I set up an account on fb for my eldest (11) but set all the privacy settings and manage his account as I have his password...he knows that if he alows any friends or settings without my approval I will cancel the account! I'm an orge aren't I?? Grin
